Each item undergoes a physical inspection both at our supplier and by us. In addition, we verify most goods using the Entrupy device. Thanks to our many years of experience in this field, along with continuous training and education, our expertise is constantly improving.
We firmly believe that such a situation will not occur. However, if it does, we refund the customer the full amount.
We try to avoid consignment sales. We prefer selecting pieces that personally make sense to us and fit into our concept. This way, we can be sure of the origin of the goods and that they are not stolen items.
Goods can be picked up in person at our showroom with payment in cash, instant transfer, or by card via payment terminal. For purchases through the e-shop, payment can be made by bank transfer or online by card.
Yes. We understand that this is a bigger investment and that the handbag might sell quickly before you’ve saved enough for it. That’s why we offer the option of purchasing in installments. The maximum repayment period is 6 months. The first installment is 25% of the handbag’s price and serves as a non-refundable deposit – in case of withdrawal from the contract or non-compliance, it will not be refunded. You will receive the handbag only after the full amount has been paid. The price of the handbag does not increase in any way.
When purchasing through the e-shop, the client has a 14-day period to return the goods in accordance with the law. The handbag must be in the same condition and the security tag must not be removed. If you decide to make a return, please contact us and fill out the relevant form. For in-person purchases at the showroom, unfortunately, returns are not possible.
We support the idea of slow fashion, and therefore we offer the option of buyback. If you offer the handbag back to us within 6 months of purchase, you will receive 75% of the original price. For returns within 6–12 months, we offer 65%. The item must be in the same condition as at the time of sale. In case of wear or changes, the condition will be assessed individually.
Yes. We offer an authenticity verification service also for external clients. Just contact us to arrange an appointment. A handbag can be verified from photos, but for issuing a certificate it must be brought in person or sent to us. Verification results are provided within one hour.
No. To give each client our full attention, visits to our showroom are possible by appointment only. We are happy to adapt to your time availability.
